Benefits of Energy Healing for your Wellbeing.

Healing is not something we can push through or force. This was my own personal experience with my healing journey. I couldn’t force or quicken the process. I needed to surrender to the timing and flow needed at the time.

Healing is a conscious commitment to honour & love of all parts and versions of yourself. There are deep rooted beliefs, programs and cycles that may need releasing or upgrading.

  8. Rest

  10. Repeat steps 1 to 9

When healing it is normal to:

  • Ask for support
  • Feel tired or exhausted
  • Be emotional or need distance
  • Set new or stronger boundaries
  • Criticise past actions or versions of yourself
  • Experience changes with relationships including the most important one with self
  • Avoid or want to give up on healing. This is why having support is important.

Healing isn’t a race, competition or comparison. Slow down. Honour your time and process.
